Shipping Time: Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST will ship not later than the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship not later than the second business day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturday or Sunday. Typical processing time is 1-3 business days from receipt of your order. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct to assure timely delivery. We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states, APO/FPO, and Alaska and Hawaii. Most items ship via USPS, but occasionaly we will ship via FedEx and UPS.
Please be advised that we only guarantee that the package will be fulfilled and sent to carrier within two business days from the time your order is placed.
However, the shipping time does vary from the zip code and country of the recipient, please refer to the estimate time of delivery at the time when you place the order and provide your address.
We don’t have overnight shipping.
During holidays delivery times are not guaranteed, we have no way to control shipping carriers.

We currently do offer international shipping on a limited basis but orders must be placed via phone, text or email. We will direct you to our payment portal once everything has been agreed upon.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the tariffs of the carrier and include duty, tax, or brokerage fees.
All goods are shipped “Duties and taxes collect” and DryLand Health is not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees, nor any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

We do not accept returns of any food products. You may return any unused non-food item ordered from our website within 30 days of the date of the order for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns, refunds and replacements of a product if an order was placed more than 30 days ago.
Besides, returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee, including a return shipping cost.
